Directions: Squeeze a lime into a Collins (or highball glass). Optional: Drop half the spent lime shell into the glass and muddle the oils into the lime juice. Add ice and rum. Top with cola and stir briefly.

Directions: Combine and stir tea, bourbon, peach nectar and lemon juice in pitcher. Add peach slices.

Directions: Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Add Champagne first, then St. Germain, the club soda. Stir completely. St. Germain is heavier than wine, it will settle to the bottom unless mixed thoroughly. Garnish with a lemon twist, making sure to squeeze essential oils into the glass.

Directions: Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
